INDIA'S: EARTHQUAKE PREPAREDNESS PLAN
India (official name: the Republic of India;[19] Hindi: Bhārat Gaṇarājya) is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracyin the world. Bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the Arabian Sea on the southwest, and the Bay of Bengal on the southeast, it shares land borders with Pakistan to the west;[e] China, Nepal, and Bhutanto the north; and Bangladesh and Myanmar to the east. In the Indian Ocean, India is in the vicinity of Sri Lanka and the Maldives; its Andaman and Nicobar Islands share a maritime border with Thailand and Indonesia.

In conclusion, Each countries contains different plans and methods towards dealing an Earthquake. The important thing is that there is a manual linked towards helping people. Countries experience different types of Earthquake after all that is why most countries differ from their Earthquake Plan.
India is note that prepared but they still have a plan for their buildings and they kept in mind that enhancements of buildings is a must. Although they do don’t include first aid kits and survival kits in their plan. If a strong earthquake would hit India, their buildings will be damaged but destroyed because the plan of their earthquake plans it is focusing on the buildings. In case of lethal incidents, it would be hard for them to adjust to the situation because the survival kits are not included.
Earthquake is unpredictable that is why we have to be prepared at all cost so no further damage will be done and no people would lose their over such incidents. After all, prevention is better than cure.

Comparatively, Philippines is more comprehensive towards their Preparedness plan because India focused more towards infrastructures’ enhancements. Meanwhile, the preparedness plan of Philippines focuses more about the security of a person.
India; India focuses more towards keeping the buildings secure and less towards the security of the people. They have great plans towards high buildings. Some of their buildings are always repairing per month or either enhancing it. It is important to keep a facility safe but they forgot to keep the people inside that sort of facility safe.
Philippines; Philippines has great plans against strong natural disasters they do not only focus about the building itself but the people in it; making that a step better against India. But the problem is that they only give minimal knowledge to improve the buildings’ stability. They help a lot too because they help you prepare a survival bag/ kit and what you should find inside that bag.
